For orders under €145 the following shipping costs apply:
- Belgium: €6.50
- Netherlands: €6.50
- Rest of Europe (EU countries): €10.00
- Non-EU countries: €40
Once your order is confirmed, we will get to work right away. Most orders within Europe are delivered within 2-5 business days .
RETURNS
Not completely satisfied with your purchase? Don't worry, it's perfectly okay to change your mind. We handle returns on a case-by-case basis, with the goal of making you happy.
You have the right to return or exchange your purchase within 14 days of receipt .
How do you return a product?
We offer two options for returning items purchased online:
1. Return to our flagship store:
- Send an email to hello@rvecompression.com or call us to make an appointment at our flagship store at the following address: Industrielaan 1, 9800 Deinze .
- Bring the items you wish to return or exchange, together with your invoice or proof of purchase, to the store.
- We inspect the product and answer any questions.
2. Return by post:
- Complete the return/exchange form .
- Please include the form and your proof of purchase in the package.
- Pack the item in its original packaging. To reduce waste, we recommend reusing our packaging. Make sure the package is sealed tightly.
- Buy a shipping label online (e.g. via Bpost eShop) or at a Bpost point (or another courier service) and send the package to: Industrielaan 1, 9800 Deinze. Please note: As part of our sustainability strategy, we do not offer pre-paid return labels. This helps us avoid unnecessary shipping emissions. Thank you for your understanding and contribution to a more sustainable world.
- Bring your package to a Bpost point or a courier of your choice. We will process your return within 14 working days.
- Please note that we only accept returns for items purchased through our website . For products purchased from one of our retail partners, we ask that you contact the store in question.
Do I need proof of purchase?
Yes, we recommend that you include your invoice or proof of purchase. This will help us find your order faster. Don't have a proof of purchase? No problem, we will find a solution together. We may ask you for additional information to process your request.
Do you accept all returns?
We strive to always be fair and flexible, but there are some items we cannot take back:
- Damaged items (cracks, stains, etc.) that are not caused by normal wear and tear.
- Items damaged due to misuse, incorrect washing instructions or drying contrary to our care instructions .
- Custom made products (products that are personally adjusted for you).
- Gift cards.
However, if you have received a product with a manufacturing defect or damage that was not caused by misuse, don't worry! All RVE products come with a two-year warranty .
When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be processed within 14 business days and credited back to the original payment method. Refunds are processed by our parent company Liebaert NV .
International shipping outside the European Union
For international shipments outside the EU, customs fees and taxes may apply. These costs are for your own account.
